Con Boulbi (ing. John Bowlby; 26 fevral 1907[…], London – 2 sentyabr 1990[…], Skay adası) — britaniyalı psixiatr və psixoanalitik, (attachment theory) banilərindən biri. O, erkən uşaqlıq dövründə valideyn və uşaq arasında formalaşan emosional bağların insanın sosial və emosional inkişafında həlledici rol oynadığını irəli sürmüşdür. Boulbi uşaqların təhlükə və stres qarşısında əsas baxıcıya yaxınlıq axtarma davranışını bioloji əsaslı bir instinkt kimi izah etmişdir.

Bioqrafiyası
