Ekoregion və ya ekoloji region — Ekoloji bölgə və ya ekobölgə — biocoğrafi regiondan kiçik olan bioregiondan ekoloji və coğrafi cəhətdən müəyyən edilmiş ərazi. Ekoregionlar coğrafi baxımdan fərqli, xarakterik təbii icmalar və növlərdən ibarət olan, nisbətən geniş quru və ya su sahələrini əhatə edir. Ekoregionu səciyyələndirən flora, fauna və ekosistemlərin biomüxtəlifliyi çox vaxt digər ekoregionlardan fərqlənir.
