Bluminqton məktəbi (ing. Bloomington School) — sosial və iqtisadi elmlər üzrə tədqiqatçılar qrupunun qeyri-rəsmi adı. Bluminqton məktəbi 1970-ci illərdə İndiana Universitetində, , ABŞ-da yaranmışdır. Onun təsisçiləri 2009-cu il üçün iqtisadiyyat üzrə Alfred Nobel mükafatı laureatı Elinor Ostrom və onun həyat yoldaşı, federalizm və siyasi proseslərin öyrənilməsi sahəsində tanınmış mütəxəssis Vinsent Ostromdur. Təşkilati cəhətdən Bluminqton məktəbi əsasən Siyasət Təhlili və Siyasi Nəzəriyyə Mərkəzində yerləşir və 2012-ci ilin iyun ayına qədər E. Ostrom rəhbərlik edirdi. Bluminqton məktəbinin nümayəndələri sosial reallığın xüsusi alt sinfini — institusional reallığı araşdırırlar.

Bluminqton məktəbi çərçivəsində sosial dilemmaların, kollektiv fəaliyyətin, şəxsiyyətin və paylaşılan resursların öyrənilməsində neo-institusional metodologiyanın istifadəsinə xüsusi diqqət yetirilir.

Bloomington School-un mövcud olduğu dövrdə onun tədqiqatçıları aşağıdakı üsulları təklif etdilər: IAD təhlili (institusional təhlil və inkişaf yanaşması), institusional inteqral modelləşdirmə, institusional diaqnostika metodu, institusional xəritəçəkmə, çərçivə təhlili, çoxölçülü, polisentrik yanaşma, SES Çərçivəsi və s.

Bluminqton məktəbi seminarlarında mütəmadi olaraq coğrafiya, psixologiya, tibb, antropologiya, genetika, hüquq, iqtisadiyyat və bütün sosial və humanitar elmlər üzrə mütəxəssislər iştirak edirlər.
