Vyetnama Hərbi Yardım Təminatı Komandanlığı – Tədqiqat və Müşahidə Qrupu (ing. Military Assistance Command, Vietnam – Studies and Observations Group, MACV-SOG) — Vyetnam müharibəsindən əvvəl və müharibə zamanı gizli əməliyyatları həyata keçirən yüksək dərəcədə məxfi, çoxxidmətli ABŞ birlik.

Vyetnam Respublikasında (Cənubi Vyetnam), Vyetnam Demokratik Respublikasında (Şimali Vyetnam), Laosda və Kambocada strateji kəşfiyyat missiyaları həyata keçirmişdir. Yaradılması
Vyetnama Hərbi Yardım Təminatı Komandanlığı – Tədqiqat və Müşahidə Qrupu 24 yanvar 1964-cü ildə Vyetnama Hərbi Yardım Təminatı Komandanlığının köməkçi komandanlığı kimi tərəfindən yaradılmış çox məxfi, birgə qeyri-ənənəvi döyüş tapşırıq qrupu idi.
