Qucaq rəqsi, Lap rəqsi, Kontakt rəqsi və yaxud Təmas rəqsi — bəzi gecə klublarında və striptiz klublarında təklif olunan erotik rəqsin bir növüdür. Bu cür rəqs növündə rəqqasə adətən oturmuş müştəri ilə bədən təması yaradır. Qucaq rəqsi masa rəqsindən fərqlidir. Qucaq rəqsində rəqqas hüquq qayda-qanunlarından və klubun müştəri siyasətindən asılı olaraq çılpaq, yarıçılpaq və ya az geyinmiş formada müştərilərə xidmət göstərir.
