Psixotrop maddələr haqqında Konvensiya (Vyana Konvensiyası 1971-ci il) ― psixotrop maddələrin sui-istifadəsi ilə mübarizə və onların qanunsuz trafikinin qarşısını almaq məqsədi daşıyan BMT müqaviləsi. 1976-cı ilin avqustunda qüvvəyə minmişdir. 2008-ci ilin noyabr ayından etibarən 183 əyalət konvensiyaya qoşulmuşdur.
İdarə olunan psixotrop maddələr terapevtik əhəmiyyətinə və istifadəsi ilə əlaqəli potensial riskə görə dörd siyahısı bölünür.
Siyahı I - halüsinasiya xüsusiyyətlərinə malik maddələr elmi istifadə üçün təsdiqlənmiş və tibbi məqsədlə məhdudlaşdırılmışdır.
Cədvəl II - yüksək asılılıq potensialına sahib maddələr və geniş yayılan, lakin terapevtik məqsədlər üçün istifadə edilməsinə imkan verən xüsusiyyətlərə sahib maddələr.

Noyabr 2008-ci il tarixinə beynəlxalq nəzarət altında olan 116 psixotrop maddə var.
