Mehdi Vaez-İrəvani — əslən İrəvan şəhərindən olan İran azərbaycanlısı elm adamı, ixtiraçı və mühəndis.
Həyatı
1971-1975-ci illərdə İranın paytaxtı Tehran şəhərindəki Alborz Ali Məktəbində təhsil almışdır. Mehdi Vaez-İrəvani doktorantura təhsilini London Universitet Kollecində almış və KLA Tenkora qoşulmamışdan əvvəl dərs deməyə başlamışdır.
Onun optika, optikal mühəndislik və bununla əlaqəli bir çox sahələrdə çox saylı patentləri və nəşr edilmiş məqalələri mövcuddur.
