Bioqrafiyası

Harold Vaşinqton 15 aprel 1922-ci ildə ABŞ-ın İllinoys ştatının Çikaqo şəhərində anadan olmuşdur. O, DyuSabl Liseyində təhsil almış, II Dünya müharibəsi səbəbindən təhsilini yarımçıq qoymuş, lakin 1946-cı ildə tamamlamışdır. 1949-cu ildə Ruzvelt Universitetindən bakalavr dərəcəsi, 1952-ci ildə isə Şimal-Qərb Universiteti Hüquq Məktəbindən hüquq üzrə doktor dərəcəsi almışdır.
