Eolit (yun. ἔως – sübh çağı, dan şәfәqi, erkәn vә λίθος – daş sözündәn) – Nə vaxtsa hesab edilirdi ki, eolitlər ən qədim daş alətlər olub, amma indi hesab edilir ki, bunlar geofaktlardır (buzlaşma kimi tamamilə təbii geoloji proseslərin nəticəsində alınmış daş fraqmentlərdir).
