Ehsan Yarşater (fars. احسان يارشاطر, (3 aprel 1920, Həmədan – 2 sentyabr 2018, Fresno, Fresno qraflığı, Kaliforniya) — iranlı dilçi, tarixçi və yazıçı. İran Tarixi Tədqiqatlar Mərkəzinin yaradıcısı və direktoru olmuşdur. Daha sonra ABŞ-də məskunlaşmış və Kolumbiya Universitetində İran tarixi və dili üzrə dərslər keçmiş və orada da professor olmuşdur. O həmçinin də İranika Ensiklopediyasının redaktoru olmuşdur.
