Persi Biş Şelli (4 avqust 1792(1792-08-04)^[…], Horsham^[d], West Sussex^[d][…] – 8 iyul 1822(1822-07-08)^[…], Speziya, Liquriya, Lerici^[d], Liquriya və ya Viarecco, Toskana) — İngilis yazınının və Romantizm Dövrünin ən əhəmiyyətli şairlərindən biridir. Etonda təhsil aldı. 1811-ci ildə yazdığı "Ateizmin lazımlılığı" adlı məqaləsinə görə Aksforddan atıldı və atası tərəfindən də rədd edildi və Londona getdi. Orada Harriet Vestbruk adlı bir qadınla evləndi.
