Con Uillard Milnor (ing.John Willard Milnor; d.20 fevral1931, Oranc, Nyu-Cersi, ABŞ) — diferensial topologiya, K-nəzəriyyə və dinamik sistemlər sahəsindəki işləri ilə tanınmış Amerika riyaziyyatçısı. Həyat və fəaliyyəti
Con Milnor 1931-ci ildə ABŞ-ın Nyu-Cersi ştatında anadan olmuşdur. İlk elmi məqaləsini 18 yaşında yazan Milnor 1954-cü ildə fəlsəfə doktoru dərəcəsini alır. İki il sonra yeddiölçülü ekzotik sferaların kəşfi ilə riyaziyyat aləmini heyran edir. Daha sonra fransız riyaziyyatçı Mişel Kerverlə birlikdə hər ölçüdə sferalar üzərində bütün diferensiallanan strukturların təsnifatını verməklə topologiyaya yeni nəfəs gətirir. O, riyaziyyatın bir çox sahələrinə böyük töhfələr vermişdir ki, bunların içində xüsusilə Milnor sferaları, Milnor ədədi, Milnor-Törston nəzəriyyəsi, düyünlər nəzəriyyəsi ilə bağlı Milnor hipotezi riyaziyyatçılara yaxşı tanışdır.
